AUTOMATIC ROTATING / ROTARY TENSIONERS – CHAIN TENSIONERS – BELT TENSIONERS

Our TR model belt tensioners, chain tensioners and rotary chain tensioners were developed in 1992, first in the world for the construction of rotating chain tensions using helical springs, third in the world and first in Italy in the construction and design of automatic tensioners in general.

We can create special levers for any function, for example the interchangeable lever serves to access different heights, i.e. operate on several working levels without losing rigidity, and other levers to suit particular needs.

Internally and externally our tensioners are equipped with O-rings that guarantee excellent watertightness so that they can be used in environments where dirt, humidity, etc. could be a problem.

The two bases are made of a special aluminium antiseize alloy that is very sturdy, with tensile strength of 440MPa, and the device as a whole is particularly robust and long lasting thanks to the specifications of the material, for a product of absolute excellence in the field.

Thanks to the fact that we machine all the parts in-house with our CNC equipment, we have a very high level of quality control.

We remind you that the TR model rotary tensioners are pre-lubricated.

In addition to their function, our tensioners can also be used as pressing units, shock absorbers, stabilizers, etc.

Thanks to the fact that these products are entirely produced in our company, we can make specific alterations for every product, also to drawings.
