Chain idler sprockets type ACTE with hardened teeth

For simple chain

The type TE has hardened teeth for special applications. 

They have a plate wheel plus a double shielding bearing set up in the middle. Ready to be set up in particular tension points or return.

The simple chain sprocket has the bearing ring “lengthened” to make easy the set up on special machinery. 

In our catalogue there is the KIT for AC type that includes a screw and a galvanized steel spacer . 

The careful processing and the steady set up of the bearing allow the product to better resist to loads and wear.

N.B. They are available without screws and bolts 

On demand we have available also zinc coated types.
